Alfred Gescheidt, Madman

Before Photoshop — before personal computers —  photographer and montage artist Alfred Gescheidt created thousands or original, mind-bending images in his chemical darkroom in New York City.

Gescheidt (geh-SHITE) is an original “Mad Man” who in this next millennium is also known as “The Father of Photoshop.”
